Sanjana is a PhD student in the Virology program. She is interested in pathogen evolution and predicting clinically relevant features of pathogens using computational models. Her research involves using machine learning to predict antibiotic resistance and identify new genetic determinants of resistance in *Mycobacterium tuberculosis*.
