Christie is a second-year student at Harvard Medical School with interests in global health and infectious diseases. Prior to attending medical school, she spent two years working on a community-based tuberculosis project in Lima, Peru. Her current research focuses on understanding the side effect profile of tuberculosis treatment and its association with substance use.
